Visioneer International Academy was founded by an educator who has lived on both sides of the world. Raised in China, educated in the United States — with a background spanning liberal arts, human-computer interaction design, and Silicon Valley product work — our founder returned to China with a single observation: the field of international education was growing fast, but the professionals working in it had no shared framework, no credentialing standard, and no common language for their practice.
远见家国际教育由一位横跨两个世界的教育者创立。在中国成长，在美国接受高等教育——拥有跨越文科、人机交互设计与硅谷产品工作的复合背景——我们的创始人带着一个深刻的观察回到中国：国际教育领域发展迅猛，但从业者缺乏共同的框架、认证标准和实践共识。
The CIEG™ framework was developed to answer that gap. Inspired by the model that ICF built for professional coaching — a field that also once lacked standards and grew rapidly — Visioneer set out to create the equivalent professional infrastructure for international education: a rigorous, portable, cross-cultural competency system that works whether you are a teacher, a counselor, or a program director.
CIEG™框架正是为填补这一空白而生。受ICF为职业教练领域所建立模式的启发——那也是一个曾经缺乏标准却高速发展的领域——远见家着手为国际教育构建同等的专业基础设施：一套严格、可移植、跨文化的能力体系，适用于教师、顾问和项目总监。
Visioneer is incorporated in the United States and operates with a China-based training and delivery team. The methodology is American in its intellectual origins and global in its application.
